Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to assist on site users in a first-come, first-serve support basis with connecting phones, laptops and other peripherals to wifi and assist in other primary IT set up signature-line items.

 

The proposed schedule will be Monday thru Weds each week from 8:00am-5:00pm. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, researches and resolves routine technical problems of low complexity. Provides support to end users for basic computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools. Respond to telephone, email and on line requests for technical support.
  • Ccoordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems.
  • Perform password re-sets for users. 

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent (information technology focused). T
  • Moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
  • 1 year of related work experience.
