    Have a passion for helping others?  Want to be part of a dynamic team?  Looking for a fun and positive culture?  ESI is searching for a Customer Service Representative to help manage customer concerns and to ensure ESI achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.

     

    Responsibilities

    While every day is different, here's what your role will entail:

    • Serves as the single point of contact for customer complaints and escalations.
    • Responds quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer complaints
    • Clarifies customer's complaints; Expedites correction or adjustment to departments and follows up to ensure resolution.
    • Reaches out to customers who are considering cancellations and attempt to save accounts
    • Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
    • Keeps records of customer complaints and resolutions as well as revenue saved.
    • Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
    • Reaches out to previous customers no longer under contract to try to put back under service.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
    • A minimum of 2 years working in a Customer Service role.
    • Strong business acumen and Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
    • Ability to respond to different types of characters.
    • Tenacious in follow-up/follow-through.
    • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
    • Able to work individually and as a team.
