    We are seeking Account Mangers to join our team. Our territories demand additional Consultants.   Drive for success, goal oriented, steady pace and alway looking for the next opportunity?  Electronic Systems Inc, a Xerox Company might have the career opportunity you've been looking for.  Successful candidates will enjoy reaching out and connecting with potential customers, assessing their needs and achieving sales.  We are seeking positive outgoing people who have the ability to turn a no into yes and are looking for an opportunity  to generate new business and build a successful career with us. Prospecting and selling experience is preferred, but not mandatory. We provide on-going training in sales to make sure you are successful.  We are currently recruiting for professionals in Arlington, Alexandria and Dulles/Sterling Area's.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet or exceed sales revenue and profit quotas.
    • Sell a broad range of hardware, software and service solutions based on a Print Technology focus
    • Secure new business and expand business with current customers
    • Maintain current customer relationships through visits, calls, quarterly reviews and internal/external functions
    • Partner with Service as needed to ensure customers are well taken care of
    • Promptly enter all customer information and updates in our database
    • Maintain 30/60/90-day funnel with a 40/60 ratio of current/net new customers
    • Drive a “demo” culture by maintaining a steady flow of customers into our sites to demo our equipment or arrange for customer onsite demos
    • Participate and complete all vendor and internal training required.  Achieve competency certification for all products
    • Collaborate with other divisions to participate in all cross-selling opportunities and to maximize selling potential within the company

    • Ability and willingness to spend the majority of each business day visiting customer sites
