  • Overview

    Seeking a technical savvy IT recruiter who has a passion for matching the perfect candidate to the right job. We need a creative “out of the box” sourcing guru whose idea of fun is to find that “needle in a haystack”. Will be responsible for filling a variety of technical positions from help desk support, to engineers, to solutions architects and more. Must be high-energy demonstrating a great sense of urgency to get the order filled quickly without sacrificing quality.  Primary responsibilities include:

    Responsibilities

    • Source candidates through various social media platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook Twitter etc…
    • Interview, screen and complete reference checks on all candidates
    • Communicate with hiring managers to assess work environment, office culture and obtain detailed job description
    • Write and post job descriptions on all available job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and any other possible channels
    • Match applicants to job openings
    • Build pipeline of candidates through consistent sourcing of job boards, social media, networking and any other creative recruiting avenues.
    • Participate in career fairs, and develop relationships with local colleges to recruit graduates.
    • Utilize expert sourcing skills using key words and Boolean searches.
    • Knowledge of iCIMS applicant tracking system or other comparable system.
    • Manage ATS database and communicate with all applicants verbally or via email explaining next steps in the process, or inform them if not moving forward for a specific job.
    • Complete full screening process from start to finish within iCIMS applicant tracking system to include interviewing, skills assessments and reference checks.
    • Demonstrate excellent interviewing skills and must have intuitive nature to discern best fit for the job and culture of the client.
    • Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant.
    • Ensure all candidates understand the nature of the job and provide all contact information and directions regarding client location.
    • Communicate with HR to coordinate onboarding process in a timely manner.
    • Inform candidate of company's decision.
    • Coordinate offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits.

    Qualifications

    At least 3 years technical recruiting experience

    Bachelors Degree preferred or at least 5+ years experience in the staffing industry

    Working knowledge of iCIMS is ideal, or other ATS
