  • Overview

    Manage all Virginia Beach location inventory movement inbound and outbound between vendor, customer, other ESI locations, and otherwise as needed. Supervise and train warehouse delivery personnel pertaining to Computer, Mailing Equipment, Copier, Printer, and Fax Machine deliveries and paperwork processes. Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.  Work closely with Copier and Computer sales divisions, service, and operations to ensure warehouse and inventory processes are maintained and constantly improved.  Participate in operations meeting to provide information, suggestions, and support.



    • Coordinate and participate in scheduled inventories of computer equipment, copiers, fax machines, mailing equipment, supplies, and parts.
    • Involved in reconciling all inventories.
    • Create identification labels for all copiers and accessories that are received
    • Label copier trade ins with correct labels whether wholesale, lease return, customer asset, used, new
    • Contact sources to sell off unwanted trade in copiers.


    • Accounts Payable (Accounting Dept.)
      • Help resolve purchase order issues that have not been posted.
      • Help resolve credit issues that are difficult to trace by credit memo.
      • Approve invoices that have to do with the warehouse.
    • Accounts Receivable (Accounting Dept.)
      • Help by providing proof of delivery on invoices that are overdue on payment.
    • Computer Division Inside Sales Reps
      • Work on backorder report issues
      • Invoicing issues
      • Advise on proper tech codes to use for various installations.
      • Offer product selection advise
      • Keep reps abreast of excess inventory available for sale.
    • Copier Division Administrator
    • Advise what quantities of copiers and accessories should be ordered based on provided forecasts.
      • Invoicing issues
      • Provide excess inventory updates.
    • Invoicing (Accounting Dept.)
      • Assist with issues that delay invoicing of an order such as serial number or      product code problem.
      • Do commission exception reports for all changes or additions to quotes.
    • Marketing
      • Provide assistance for all shows.
      • Provide excess inventory information that might be useful in neighborhood assistance act sales.    


    • Building Maintenance
    • Get required maintenance items fixed either in house or through a service contractor.
    • Purchase or have purchased supplies required for daily use in the warehouse.
    • Vehicle Fleet
      • Schedule all repairs and inspections for vehicles


    • Post daily receiving to inventory module as needed.
    • Dispatch delivery personnel, schedule copier deliveries and pickups, assist with daily physical receiving.
    • Generate purchase orders for copiers, faxes.
    • Process as necessary RMA paperwork for returns of mailing equipment, copiers, computers, supplies.
    • Pull and stage copiers for setup and coordinate setup with copier service team.
    • Stage computers for setup as needed and coordinate setup with Technical Services team.
    • Answer emails in a timely manner



    • Involved in the hire and termination of personnel
    • Do evaluations for warehouse personnel



    • Minimum a high school diploma with college being a plus
    • Experienced using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Experience with E Automate Inventory/Accounting software a plus
    • Individual must have a good driving record and be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
    • Experienced driving a 18’ dry cargo box truck with lift gate.
    • Experienced driving a sit down three-wheel fork lift.
