    ESI has an immediate need for an IT Staffing Services (staff augmentation) Account Manager to join our ISG sales team. We are looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial individual who can personally drive IT Staffing sales by working in close coordination with the ISG and other sales team members, our potential customers, our sourcing specialist, and sales admin to find opportunities, match them with candidates, and ensure an effective admin process is in place. A winning candidate will have experience in selling services, be adept at finding IT staffing sales opportunities, be highly effective at matching people with job openings, and enjoy connecting with people and building lasting relationships. At an estimate, 60% of this position will be engaging in sales activities, 25% sourcing and 15% administrative activities. Our work environment is fun and friendly but very fast paced!




    • Partner with Sales Team to seek out and identify opportunities for IT Staffing Services (staff augmentation). Source candidates and place into IT staffing positions.
    • Responsible for a budget of $2.8 million in IT Staffing revenue annually.
    • Meet with clients to better understand their staffing needs and explain the services available with ESI.
    • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
    • Create job descriptions based on managers and clients’ hiring needs.
    • Review and interview candidates after they have passed initial screening.
    • Ensure an effective life cycle of recruitment including sourcing, initial screening, client interview coordination, and preparing onboarding paperwork.
    • Create and improve business processes on the recruitment side and business development side.
    • Coordinate interviews, training, onboarding tasks and travel, as necessary.
    • Consistently work on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of Technical Professionals.
    • Coordinate onboarding with ESI’s HR department and the customer site.
    • Ensure accurate invoicing.
    • Resolve employee/customer issues and questions related to contractual issues or job responsibilities.




    • At least three years of recruitment experience, preferably with a staffing agency.
    • At least three years’ experience selling services, preferably technology-related.
    • High energy and lots of enthusiasm!
    • Possess a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Superior attention to detail, organization, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
    • Strong customer-focus, ability to support all levels of management, and collaborate to solve problems.
