As the customer service/trainer you will be responsible for the wellbeing and satisfaction of designated commercial and/or major accounts by providing communication, coordination, and value-added customer service in regards to Xerox equipment.

  • Develop strong, on-going relationship with new and current customers by establishing rapport through face-to-face visits and an open communication philosophy. Establish a schedule of visiting key customers on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate deployments, MPS assessments, quarterly reviews, etc., as directed
  • Work with other divisions to maximize and communicate cross-selling opportunities.
  • Train end-users on equipment.
  • Provide technical phone support to customers within scope of knowledge, especially with new equipment
  • Coordinate and follow up on installs, moves and relocations
  • Train appropriate account personnel on how to do business with ESI
  • Attend customer meetings as requested by customer or ESI management
  • Utilize surveys and focus groups to determine customer needs and expectations
  • Provide administrative assistance to sales reps as relates to assigned account management, including large order coordination


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Solid knowledge of copier business and various types of equipment sold by ESI preferred
  • Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and verbal/written communications skills required
  • Ability to work with people at all levels regarding technical information; ability to work individually and as a part of a team
  • Computer proficiency in Windows environment
