In addition is required to identify, rectify and communicate effectively any issues the customer may have regardless of technical nature as it relates to customer satisfaction. This position is at a client site in Norfolk, Virginia.
Without Supervision, must be able to:
At least 1 year of experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing computer hardware, printers, configuration, software and operating systems.Required:
Two or more years’ experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing computer hardware, laptops, printers, software and operating systems.
High School Diploma or GED, A+ Certification
A+ Certification, Network +, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Certifications, Compaq ACT / ASP
