Overview

Our Sales Representatives, selling Managed IT Services  are responsible for selling Information Technology into commercial businesses.

 

Supported by our large and rapidly expanding team of network engineers, data center and infrastructure experts, our Sales Representatives (MITS) analyze client IT needs, present and sell customized IT managed services solutions, and maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure the best possible customer service.  With ESI as a top-tier partner with vendors such as HP, Cisco, Del, Microsoft, VMWare, and others, you have the opportunity to sell the most competitively-priced services and back them up with a broad range of internal expertise.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives through sales of Managed Services primarily to new customers and also through sales of additional services to current customers. 
  • Acquire accounts by targeting CEO/CFO of mid-size and small businesses.
  • Communicate strong value propositions.
  • Deliver professional proposals.
  • Adapt to customer requirements and improve customer success toward core business objectives. 
  • Gains a specified number of new accounts each month by effective marketing.
  • Delivers a minimum of forty (40) face-to-face appointments each month.
  • Conducts targeted telemarketing campaigns twice weekly.
  • Effectively builds and manages a pipeline of opportunities 3X assigned quota.

Qualifications

  • High energy, Self-directed, Adaptable and Positive.
  • Must have a competitive drive and be process driven.
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 1 year of progressive sales experience preferred.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of IT Managed Services with understanding of competitive offerings, product portfolio and industry trends.
  • Specific experience selling outsourced solutions to commercial customers is preferred but not required.
  • Competent with operational requirements such as prospecting, forecasting and business planning.
  • Highly professional approach with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Valid drivers license.
