Overview

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of equipment installations, equipment moves, and special projects that result in an excellent customer experience every time. This includes from submission of the ERF (Equipment Request Form) until customer agrees all equipment is installed satisfactorily and is for local as well as out of geography locations.

Responsibilities

Oversee MFD Installations, multiple machine moves, Loaner installs, demo equipment and any special projects that may arise:

 

As it relates to the MFD Installations

  • Monitor ERF submissions to determine which orders require installation services (all locations)
  • Gather data from Sales and/or customer to determine size / scope
  • Determine if order or installation size or scope requires PMO services, and determine installation method
  • Develop / create plan of implementation
  • Monitor hardware fulfillment and internal staging
  • Communicate with appropriate resources as to their assignments and details, assign incidents, work orders and service calls as necessary.
  • Communicate with customer to gather additional requirements, set proper expectations as to installation and what to expect and maintain communication before, during and upon closure of installation.
  • Prepare and present related reports

As it relates to multiple machine moves

  • Gather data from Sales after receiving ERF
  • Determine of order or installation size or scope requires PMO services
  • Determine move / connectivity method (remote, hardware, solutions, hybrid), and develop / create plan of implementation
  • Communicate with customer to gather additional requirements, set proper expectations as to the move and what to expect and maintain communication before, during and upon closure to the move.
  • Manage change orders and additional services and requests as necessary
  • Provide updates and guidance on any project related items

As it relates to Loaners

  • Gather data from Service after receiving ERF
  • Monitor equipment and setup / staging of Loaner
  • Validate supplies for the loaner and monitor delivery
  • Communicate with customer to set proper expectations as to the loaner and what to expect and maintain communication with customer
  • Ensure CCC is aware and/or system is updated to reflect loaner onsite in the event customer calls in for service or supplies

As it relates to Demo Equipment

  • Gather data from Sales after receiving ERF
  • Monitor equipment and setup / staging of Demo
  • Coordinate resources required for demo to be setup (hardware, solutions, training, hybrid)
  • Validate supplies for the Demo (if applicable) and monitor delivery
  • Communicate with customer to set proper expectations as to the loaner and what to expect and maintain communication with customer
  • Ensure CCC is aware and/or system is updated to reflect loaner onsite in the event customer calls in for service or supplies

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years experience coordinating / managing projects, installations or related events that required planning of, interfacing with and managing of different departments and resources.
  • Excellent customer service and organziational skills.
  • Ability to work and function efficiently independently or in a team oriented environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate time management skills and proper future scheduling.
  • Ability to assist in planning and coordinating onsite efforts for projects and installations.
  • Understanding of ESI’s ordering, setup/configuration, warehouse / delivery, service installation / support, accounting and billing processes
  • Understanding of all ESI Service offerings and revenue mechanisms.
  • Meet the requiresment of ESI's Fleet Safety Program.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
